The prices are approximate, more or less negotiable, and they always include the amortization of the equipment used. I edit each photo separately, I do not use automated filters for mass editing.

After the wedding I ideally like to meet with the newlyweds for coffee, where we choose the best photographs for printing. In a less ideal case, I send a preview of the photographs by email for the final selection. I carefully edit the selected photographs and experiment with different variations. The number of edited or printed photographs, as well as the photo album, are a matter of agreement in any of the outlined versions.
If the couple wants to meet before the wedding to get acquainted and do some planning, I'm not against it, quite the contrary.
Because a portrait is a rather intimate matter, I refuse to shoot in a hurry. After getting acquainted with the person I am about to shoot, we determine the circumstances of the photo shoot. Location, clothing, or stylization and the degree of subsequent editing or retouching, are important matters to be discussed. There are so many options in these areas that it is difficult to set a fixed price for portraiture.
Editing the photographs is quite time consuming because of the required precision. Simple portraiture in one location and without much stylization starts at 3,000 CZK for a 2 hour photo shoot. The rest is all a matter of agreement; if you have more demanding requirements, prepare a few hours up to half of day of free time for the photo shoot. You can expect a fun and relaxed photo shoot with nowhere to rush to. Selection of the best photographs with the client soon after the photo shoot is a matter of course.
Whether it is a party, theatrical performance, concert, or something else, the price depends on the duration of the event, the number of edited photographs, and other factors. In this case I will give one example of a four-hour party, of which the client requested approximately 50 edited photographs. The price was 4,000 CZK.
Here the price is very relative; however, shooting interiors is comparatively more expensive for the technical complexity. A single shot usually includes 2-3 exposures taken with a tripod, which I later key on the computer. This technique leads to a wider tonal range, and is known and HDR.
Although there are programs for automatic keying, I prefer to rely on full control with a manual option. I will give an example of a contract where I shot a boarding house with 3 rooms, 1 suite, and a lounge and lobby. The client also requested photographs of the building and a few shots taken from the windows. Each room rendered 4-5 shots, including details and sanitary facilities. A total of 30 photographs were selected for the promotion of the facility, and the price was 10,000 CZK.
